Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the website at www.sagrosa.com (the “Site”) and its subpages, operated by Sagrosa Gıda ve Teknoloji Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Sagrosa” or “the Company”). Every natural or legal person who views the Site (the “User”) is deemed to have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

The Site is published in order to give information about the two divisions of Sagrosa, Sagrosa Technology and Sagrosa Food, to present their products and solutions and to open a line of contact through the request forms. No online sales are made through the Site, no memberships are opened and no user content is published.

The product, service, technical specification, certificate and contact information on the Site is provided for general information. It is not an offer but an invitation to treat; binding commercial terms are set only in the written quotations and contracts concluded separately between the parties. Product specifications, packaging and technical values may change without prior notice; the current technical data sheet and certificates are sent on request.

Sagrosa takes reasonable care to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but does not undertake that the content will be complete, error-free or uninterrupted. The Site may look different depending on the device and browser used.

The whole content of the Site — its design, texts, images, photographs, videos, logos, software and source code, including the database — is protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Industrial Property Law No. 6769 and the related legislation; this content belongs to Sagrosa or to the third parties that license it. The names Sagrosa, Veracoa and Linuga, together with the related logos and signs, are trademarks of Sagrosa [BEKLİYOR: tescil durumu — TÜRKPATENT başvuru veya tescil numaraları]. Trademarks and names of third parties that appear on the Site belong to their owners.

Users may view and temporarily store the content of the Site for personal, non-commercial information only. Without the prior written permission of Sagrosa, the content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or published in whole or in part, shown in a frame on another site or used for commercial purposes. Short quotations that cite the source and remain within the limits allowed by legislation fall outside this restriction. Logo and image files prepared for the press and for business partners may be used only in line with the stated usage rules.

The User agrees to use the Site in accordance with the law, public morals and these terms. The following in particular are prohibited:

• any attempt to compromise the security, integrity or availability of the Site or its servers (unauthorized access, vulnerability scanning, overloading and the like);
• bulk copying or indexing of the content of the Site with automated tools (bots, crawlers, scrapers), other than the ordinary crawling of search engines;
• completing the request forms with untrue, misleading or someone else’s information; using the forms to send bulk messages, advertising or malicious software;
• any use that infringes the rights of Sagrosa or of third parties or that constitutes a criminal offense.

Those who use the forms accept that the information they give is accurate and up to date. Where the Site is used contrary to these rules, Sagrosa reserves the right to restrict access and to take legal action.

The Site may contain links to product sites of Sagrosa such as linuga.com.tr, to our social media accounts and to third-party services. The content and the privacy practices of the linked sites are the responsibility of their operators; Sagrosa does not review the content of those sites and cannot be held responsible for it. The third-party services used to deliver the request forms, to serve the fonts and to measure visit statistics are explained in the Privacy Notice.

The Site is provided “as is”. Sagrosa does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Sagrosa cannot be held liable for the consequences of decisions taken in reliance on the content of the Site, or for direct or indirect damage arising from access to or use of the Site, including loss of profit and loss of data. This limitation does not cover liability arising from the intent or gross negligence of Sagrosa or from mandatory rules of law; the rights of users who qualify as consumers under Law No. 6502 are reserved.

The User is responsible for the security of their own device and connection, for keeping the software they use up to date and for checking the files they download from the Site.

The processing of personal data collected through the Site is subject to Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Which data is processed for which purpose, to whom it is transferred and what your rights are is explained in the Privacy Notice; the cookies used are explained in the Cookie Policy. These documents form an integral part of the Terms of Use.

Sagrosa may change the Terms of Use and the content of the Site without prior notice and may take the Site offline temporarily or permanently. Changes take effect the moment they are published on this page; continuing to use the Site means that you accept the current terms. The effective date is stated at the top of the page. These Terms of Use are subject to the law of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes arising from the terms or from the use of the Site, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Konya have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the statutory rights of consumers and to mandatory rules of jurisdiction. If any provision of the terms is held invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. Versions of this text in other languages are provided for information only; in the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
